| | relaxed | ] | I feel good lately. No, I feel great lately. I quit smoking two months ago (which is still an every day challenge), I've been going to the gym at least four times a week, and I've lost 8 pounds so far. I know I'm not "fat". I'm not really trying to diet as much as get back into the shape I used to be....when I was about 15. I'm learning about nutrition through an awesome website that helps me track my calories, fats, protiens, etc. It helps. A lot.
And spin class. I can't even begin to explain how much I hate spin class for that whole 45 minutes that she is screaming at us, but after I get off that bike I feel like I just moved a mountain. It's great. |
